Race Pack Collection arrangement for athletes entered on or before 10 September 2010

Basic Information
Date : 25 & 26 September 2010 (Saturday & Sunday)
Time : 1100 - 1900
Venue : Open Piazza, Times Square Causeway Bay, Hong Kong

Procedure
1. Check your race number from the event website before proceeding to Times Square or check your number at the display panel at the Triathlon Expo at Times Square
2. Proceed to Level I of Time Square for Champion Chips deposit if you do not have your personal chip (note: you must have submit to us your personal chip number upon entering the race)
3. Upon paying HK$100 chips deposit, you will be given a card with your race number on
4. Proceed to the Triathlon Expo at the G/F for race pack collection
5. You will be given a souvenir pack, a race pack, and an information sheet with all your entry details
6. Please check through your entry details. Should there be any amendment required, please state the correct detail on the same sheet and pass back to the officials for follow up afterwards.
7. Visit the Triathlon Expo and Enjoy!

Race Pack includes
1. Swim cap x 1 (you must bring it on your race day)
2. Helmet number label x 2 (please stick it on the left and right of your helmet)
3. Bike tag number x 1 (please fasten it onto your bike with the strap provided)
4. plastic strap x 1
5. Race number cloth x 1 (please remember to bring it on your race day)
6. Timing chip x 1 (please remember to bring it on your race day)
7. Timing chip strap x 1 (for fastening of the timing chip to your ankle)
8. Race information x 1 (there would be no race briefing, please read through the information thoroughly)

Remarks
You can assign a representative to collect the rack pack on your behalf, subject to the filling-in of the authorization letter and provide a copy of your HKID for our record.
